Meet the Team
Ann Bell
I am Ann Bell. I was born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey, where I began my career as an early childhood educator.

I am Ann Bell. I was born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey where I began my career as an early childhood educator. Being educated in the Jersey City public school system led me to continue my education in the city as well. I earned my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Hudson County Community College. My Bachelor’s Degree with a Major in English from New Jersey City University. Followed by my Master’s in Early Childhood Education.
I am currently attending the University of Nevada Las Vegas pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I have been in this field for over twenty years. I currently hold teaching credentials in the states of New Jersey and Nevada. I am TESOL endorsed, meaning that I am able to teach English as a Second Language. I have been certified to teach the Leader in Me program to educators, children and families.

Being a first-generation college graduate from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Erica Arias has always believed education is the number one priority.

Being a first-generation college graduate from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Erica Arias has always believed education is the number one priority. As an educator for the Clark County School District, she has taught over 100 students. She has been teaching since 2017 as an elementary teacher. While in college she was able to observe schools all around the Las Vegas Valley and understood the needs of the communities. Student teaching at a Title I school was one of her best experiences, and that is why she continues to teach there.
In 2020 she did private tutoring with family relatives, and realized how one-on-one individualized instruction can drastically benefit children. As a certified K-8 grade teacher, Erica understands the need for quality education for the new generation of children, especially navigating the new and growing technology advancements that are continuous.

I am a dedicated educator and mother of two awesome boys ages 8 and 12. Personally, I keep a childhood fifth grade school picture on my desk. This picture embodies my motivation towards education. My desire is to be the teacher that I needed when I was a child. When developing a lesson, I think about what I would find interesting as a child. I enjoy looking into the learning experience with the wonderment of a child’s eyes.
This is my 8th year at Robert E. Lake Elementary School and my 4th year teaching second grade. So far, second grade is my favorite grade to teach! I enjoy teaching utilizing technology. I majored in Learning and Technology at Western Governors University, where I earned a Master's Degree. I am excited to embark on this educational and purposeful journey with Project 300 Early Learning Academy.

My name is George Turner. I have worked in the Clark County School District for the past 10 years. I love my job tutoring general education students in small group settings.

My name is George Turner. I have worked in the Clark County School District for the past 10 years. I love my job tutoring general education students in small group settings. I mainly work with 4th and 5th graders on improving reading comprehension and striving to meet the Nevada “Read By Three” goals. Seeing the student’s reaction when they understand a lesson is what I enjoy most.
I spent 30 years working at a hospital. This included hospital admissions, registration, customer service and financial services. I worked my way up to director of patient business services.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my dog Rosie, my grandkids, family, and friends.

My name is Eleanor Celeste Cormier. I am the president of Project 300 Early Learning Academy. I attended Cuyahoga Community College early in my career because I did not want to go to school for more 4 years right after high school. Sometime later, I went back to school part-time to earn a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Cleveland State University. For the past 40 years, I have worked with students from pre-school to third grade. Teaching allowed me do what I enjoyed, to be creative and to work with young students.
I was working in elementary school before, during and after the pandemic. I witnessed the student struggles. I retired in May of 2021. My husband thinks I should sit down and just be retired. At home, I spend my day reading, sewing and working in my butterfly garden every morning. I still enjoy inspiring others, working with students and organizing projects and events. That led me to create Project 300 Early Learning Academy. The goal is to bring extra assistance in reading to kindergarteners. The team I am assembling will bring a wealth of experience and spark a joy for reading and learning for kindergarten students and families we serve. I look forward to being a community partner in education.
Marty B. Hinton
Marty, recently retired from the casino business as a Pit Supervisor. Spending the last 15 years working for Caesars Entertainment, at The Flamingo and The Cromwell hotel and casino.

Marty, recently retired from the casino business as a Pit Supervisor. Spending the last 15 years working for Caesars Entertainment, at The Flamingo and The Cromwell hotel and casino. This is where he honed his customer service skills. Marty said that his last 15 years were some of the best working years of his life. He was able to meet and develop some good long term relationships with all kinds of people from all around the world.
Before Marty got involved in the casino business in, he ran a remolding company where he specialized in kitchens and baths. One of his clients bathroom was featured on the cover of a local magazine. Prior to moving to The Las Vegas valley, Marty spent five years as a high school and Jr Collage machine trades instructor. Marty is a loving Husband and a devoted father of 3 kids and 7 grand kids.
Deyannia Shipp
Deyannia earned her B.S. in Sociology with a focus on family and children from the University of Northridge California, M.A in Educational Leadership from the University of Northridge California.

Deyannia earned her B.S. in Sociology with a focus on family and children from the University of Northridge California, M.A in Educational Leadership from the University of Northridge California. In her 25 years as a Los Angeles and Clark County educator, Deyannia Shipp has been privileged to work with students and teachers in a variety of ECE and K-8 settings. She has worked as a classroom teacher, Title 1 Reading Teacher, Reading Specialist/Coach, and Special education Coordinator. Currently, Deyannia is the Assistant Principle at Merryhill School in Clark County. Her goal is to create academically engaging learning experiences through an environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and kindness. Committed to sharing her passion for literacy and learning.
